Boxing Daily Report from the Latvia Boxing promoted show at Selman Stërmasi Stadium, Tirana,  taking place on 12/02/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Southern Europe Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Vizion Plus, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ermir Cihan (15 - 1(1) - 1) who hails from Tirana, Albania and Rayno á Kabanov(16 - 8(6) - 1 - 1(NC)) from Sofia, Bulgaria.  Both Cihan and Kabanov weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Armend Sonku, and the three ringside judges are Burim Togan, Blerim Vata and Ermir Kastrati.
