Phil Blier vs Jean-Baptiste Noe

Boxing Daily Report from the Smoking Joe promoted show at Citizens Business Bank Arena, Ontario,  taking place on 18/02/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sweet Phil Blier (16(10) - 1 - 1) who hails from Brampton, Canada and Jean-Baptiste Noe(12 - 4 - 1) from Garoua, Cameroon.  Both Blier and Noe weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Will Ducat, and the three ringside judges are Billy Fergusson, Dan Beatty and Chris Morgan.  

Round 1: 

Blier lands with a stinging jab.
