John Brice vs John McNelly

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Sunshine Coast Stadium, Sunshine Coast,  taking place on 08/01/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Australia-Queensland Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Brice (4 - 1 - 1) who hails from Townsville, Australia and John McNelly(2 - 1) from Sunshine Coast, Australia.  Both Brice and McNelly weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Westwood, and the three ringside judges are Mark Taggert, Brendan Moultrie and Francesco Ghiglia.
