Carlos Bitagon vs Joaquin Ruis

Boxing Daily Report from the Ghale Promotions promoted show at Cagayan de Oro Gaane, Cagayan de Oro,  taking place on 29/12/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Misamis Oriental Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carlos Bitagon (16 - 1) who hails from Cagayan de Oro, Philippines and Joaquin Ruis(12 - 10 - 4) from Cagayan de Oro, Philippines.  Both Bitagon and Ruis weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Palaganas, and the three ringside judges are Tajo Gannod, Marjun Baylon and Fausto Brasil.
