Roman Lucero vs Alejandro Sicilia

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Batangas promoted show at Batangas City Calvin, Batangas City,  taking place on 29/12/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Roman Luger Lucero (7(7) - 0 - 1) who hails from Rodriguez, Philippines and Alejandro Sicilia(3 - 2) from Mandaue, Philippines.  Lucero weighed in at 125 pounds and 7 ounces, while Sicilia weighed in at 125 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Michael Macatuno, and the three ringside judges are Manny Orayani, Rodrigo Arco and Diego Dacuno.  

Round 1: 

Lucero is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a right uppercut to the head.  
Lucero tries to land a cross, but Sicilia sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Lucero gets on the inside.  Sicilia throws a right hook, but Lucero clinches his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Lucero gets on the inside and drives a right hook into Sicilia's ribcage.  
Lucero lands a jab followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Lucero gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut to the body, a right hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  
Lucero drives a solid right uppercut into Sicilia's ribs.  
Sicilia advances into close range.  Lucero is on target with a right uppercut.  
Lucero hits home with a right hook.  
Lucero is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Lucero clinches his opponent.  Lucero is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Lucero's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Some sustained pressure from Lucero could be enough to finish Sicilia!  Lucero lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS SICILIA!  The count reaches 10, but Sicilia is unable to get up!  The winner by KO is Lucero!
