Boxing Daily Report from the GENCO promoted show at Ankara Ozdis, Ankara,  taking place on 02/01/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Turkey Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NTV Spor, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ozgur Ozker (22(1) - 7(2) - 3) who hails from Ankara, Turkey and Gul Gundogdu(25 - 2) from Istanbul, Turkey.  Ozker weighed in at 200 pounds, while Gundogdu weighed in at 199 pounds And 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ilker Bayram, and the three ringside judges are Metin Kaptan, Cumhur Goktuna and Erdem Balkan.  

Round 1:

Ozker connects with a hurtful left hook.  GUNDOGDU IS DOWN!  HE UNSTEADILY TRIES TO GET UP BUT IS UNABLE TO BEAT THE 10 COUNT!  The winner by KO is Ozker!
