James Akiibua vs Paul Group

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Northern Region promoted show at Xhosas Kiyingi Gym, Gulu,  taking place on 02/01/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uganda-Northern Region Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are James Akiibua (13 - 4 - 1) who hails from Lira, Uganda and Paul Group(1 - 1 - 2) from Lira, Uganda.  Akiibua weighed in at 160 pounds, while Group weighed in at 159 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Majid Aman, and the three ringside judges are Malcolm Kalemazikusoka, Malcolm Kalemazikusoka and Greg Kibaki.  

Round 1: 

Group gets on the inside.  Akiibua lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.
