Hugh Bailon vs John Chew

Boxing Daily Report from the Boxing Outlaws promoted show at Route 66 Casino, Albuquerque,  taking place on 15/01/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hugh Bailon (10 - 2(2)) who hails from Albuquerque, USA and John Chew(10 - 9 - 2) from Raleigh, USA.  Both Bailon and Chew weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gus Maddix, and the three ringside judges are Gus Maddix, Kris Lorimer and Rob Guerrero.  

Round 1: 

Bailon waits at the mid-range with a lowered guard, waiting for his opponent to throw a punch.  Chew attempts to land a cross, but Bailon blocks the shot and counters with a cross.

Chew gets on the inside and throws a left hook, but Bailon clinches his opponent.  Bailon pushes his forearm into Chew's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Bailon.

Bailon tries to keep the action at long range.  Bailon feints a left hook, and then hits the target with a stinging jab.
