Cody Aplaon vs Ovidio Naui

Boxing Daily Report from the JSW promoted show at Alemendras Gym, Davao City,  taking place on 24/01/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cody Aplaon (9(3) - 0 - 1) who hails from General Trias, Philippines and Ovidio Naui(10 - 5 - 4) from General Trias, Philippines.  Aplaon weighed in at 153 pounds and 12 ounces, while Naui weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Charles Cabanatan, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Omapoy, James Gumatay and Angel Booc.

He takes Aplaon's arm and signals to each judge that a point should be deducted!  Naui quickly recovers.
