Melor Upurs vs Sergei Sirsninsh

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Latvia-Riga promoted show at Riga Kode, Riga,  taking place on 05/01/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Latvia Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Viasat Sport Baltic, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Melor Upurs (7 - 3 - 1) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Sergei Sirsninsh(4 - 3 - 1) from Riga, Latvia.  Upurs weighed in at 108 pounds, while Sirsninsh weighed in at 107 pounds and 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Isaak Pulkstens, and the three ringside judges are Aleksandr Austrinsh, Vasili Bogdans and Aleksandr Austrinsh.
