Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Brisbane,  taking place on 12/02/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight are the WRBA Intercontinental Super Lightweight and IRBF Intercontinental Super Lightweight titles.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ibrahim Yacoub (28(4) - 3(1)) who hails from Dubai, UAE and Gazi Latif(25(12) - 8(7)) from Kumasi, Ghana.  Both Yacoub and Latif weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Francesco Ghiglia, and the three ringside judges are Zain Sharifi, John Taggart and Mel Culp.
