Drud Kurr vs Berrin Carls

Boxing Daily Report from the JH Promotions promoted show at Koelnmesse, Cologne,  taking place on 02/01/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are The German Giant Drud Kurr (26(20) - 0) who hails from Chemnitz, Germany and Berrin Carls(18 - 2 - 1) from Dortmund, Germany.  Kurr weighed in at 248 pounds and 4 ounces, while Carls weighed in at 246 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Koby Schabacker, and the three ringside judges are Ivo Saltzer, Rambert Kruis and Ernie Daniels.  

Round 1: 

Kurr lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Kurr finds the target with a jab.  
Kurr lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Kurr tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
Kurr is on target with a sharp cross.  
Kurr sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a solid jab.  
Kurr lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Kurr strikes his opponents body with a sharp cross.  
Kurr hits the target with a spiteful jab.

Kurr lands a FEARSOME cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE CARLS WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Carls recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Carls tries to keep the action at long range and tries to land a cross, but Kurr parries the shot and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Carls feints a left, and then is on target with a left hook to Kurr's liver.

Carls is on target with a jab.  
Kurr is looking to keep his distance and lands an overhand right followed by  two straights to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Carls quickly recovers. 
Kurr lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Kurr hits home with a sharp overhand right.  
Kurr lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Kurr lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.

Kurr steps away from his opponent.  Carls throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Kurr's complaints and signals for the action to continue.

Kurr tries to keep the action at long range and connects with a stinging cross.  
Kurr steps to the outside and lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Carls quickly recovers. 
Kurr steps away from his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  He continues the combination and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Carls's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Kurr tries to step out of his opponents range.  Kurr lowers his hands, trying to provoke his opponent to attack.  Carls throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Kurr EXPLODES a MASSIVE cross into his opponents face.  CARLS IS HURT!  Carls almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Kurr drives a stinging jab into his opponents face.  
Kurr hits the target with a ramrod jab.  
Kurr lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Kurr drives a hard jab into his opponents face.  
Kurr lands a jab to the head, a jab to the body and an overhand left to the head.  
Kurr lands a jab.  
Kurr is looking to keep his distance and connects with a BRUTAL overhand right.  CARLS IS HURT!  Carls quickly recovers. 
Kurr lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Kurr is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits home with a firm cross.  Kurr attempts to land a cross, but Carls slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Carls lands with a solid jab.  
Carls forces Kurr to retreat onto the ropes.  Kurr attempts to land a cross, but Carls sidesteps and counters with a right hook.
