Duncan Shubin vs Morgan Pait

Boxing Daily Report from the Mandale Boxing Promotions promoted show at Melbourne Shilkov, Melbourne,  taking place on 14/01/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-Victoria Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Duncan Shubin (6 - 5) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Morgan Pait(13 - 12 - 4) from Melbourne, Australia.  Shubin weighed in at 126 pounds, while Pait weighed in at 125 pounds And 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Brendan Stronach, and the three ringside judges are Johnny Elias, Mark McBride and Alastair MacIntyre.  

Round 1: 

Shubin is on target with a cross.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Shubin.  That has caused slight damage to the nose.
