Sam Porter vs Mike Skeldon

Boxing Daily Report from the Jorvar Morray promoted show at Beaver Boxing Club, Ottawa,  taking place on 14/01/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Canada-Ontario Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sam Porter (22 - 9(3) - 2) who hails from Ottawa, Canada and Mike Skeldon(16 - 11 - 1) from Ottawa, Canada.  Both Porter and Skeldon weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Charles Moss, and the three ringside judges are Stuart Gavin, Clint Duthie and Charles Moss.  

Round 1: 

Porter hits the target with a solid jab.
