Boxing Daily Report from the AI Latvia-Riga promoted show at Riga Jegersons, Riga,  taking place on 17/01/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Latvia Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Viasat Sport Baltic, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Fadei Sniegs (10 - 4(1) - 1) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Sergei Kalkmurnieks(17 - 2) from Riga, Latvia.  Both Sniegs and Kalkmurnieks weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dmitri Oshkaja, and the three ringside judges are Kolzak Liepkalnietis, Isaak Pulkstens and Afanas Gailis.
