Ed Gorman vs Lee MacClelland

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ireland-Leinster promoted show at Dun Laoghaire McNeil, Dun Laoghaire,  taking place on 17/01/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Celtic Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ed Gorman (5 - 0) who hails from Aberdeen, UK and Lee MacClelland(9 - 17(1) - 3) from Dublin, Ireland.  Both Gorman and MacClelland weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Killian Bourne, and the three ringside judges are Nathan Rafferty, Ronan Murphy and Mel Mohan.  

Round 1: 

MacClelland gets on the inside.  Gorman connects with a left hook.  Gorman holds on to his opponent.  Gorman is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Gorman's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

MacClelland gets on the inside.  Gorman lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
MacClelland manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Gorman digs in a sharp left uppercut to MacClelland's body.  
Gorman tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.
