Alfonso Gomez vs Santiago Ambriz

Boxing Daily Report from the Habe Promotions promoted show at Quito Leo, Quito,  taking place on 18/01/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ecuador Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alfonso Gomez (9(1) - 2) who hails from Quito, Ecuador and Santiago Ambriz(9 - 3 - 4) from Guayaquil, Ecuador.  Gomez weighed in at 237 pounds and 2 ounces, while Ambriz weighed in at 257 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Alvino Casiano, and the three ringside judges are Paco Florez, Seferino Montalbo and Ovidio Vallez.
