Brendan Alcorn vs Ben Murdy

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Guyana-North promoted show at Georgetown Woodside, Georgetown,  taking place on 20/01/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Guyana-North Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Brendan Alcorn (11 - 6 - 1) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Ben Murdy(7(1) - 5) from Georgetown, Guyana.  Alcorn weighed in at 147 pounds, while Murdy weighed in at 146 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Greg Rhoderick, and the three ringside judges are Tobias Eidson, Ewan Morton and Jasper Harkness.
