Mikio Nakai vs Jiro Araki

Boxing Daily Report from the Hidaka promoted show at Kyoto Okamoto, Kyoto,  taking place on 23/01/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Kyoto Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mikio Nakai (7 - 12 - 1) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Jiro Araki(16(3) - 2) from Kyoto, Japan.  Nakai weighed in at 117 pounds and 14 ounces, while Araki weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Taro Matsuoka, and the three ringside judges are Kenji Fujimoto, Mikio Nagata and Kazuhiko Ozawa.
