Angel Escudero vs Onofre Canizares

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Puebla promoted show at Jose Sanchez Gym, Puebla,  taking place on 26/12/2027:

Clearly AI Mexico-Puebla have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Puebla Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Angel Escudero (13 - 3) who hails from Tehuacan, Mexico and Onofre Canizares(11 - 3 - 2) from Tehuacan, Mexico.  Escudero weighed in at 231 pounds and 12 ounces, while Canizares weighed in at 233 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Seferino Leiva, and the three ringside judges are Beltran Gardin, Dimos Corrales and Santiago Chavis.
