Roger Mow vs Davie Burnett

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Brisbane,  taking place on 12/02/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Oceania Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Roger Kapow Mow (19(9) - 1) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Davie Burnett(17 - 2 - 1) from Auckland, New Zealand.  Both Mow and Burnett weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mel Culp, and the three ringside judges are Francesco Ghiglia, Zain Sharifi and John Taggart.  

Round 1: 

Burnett pivots from in front of his opponent.  Mow throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.
