Ricky Amberson vs Amon Gaynor

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Canterbury promoted show at Stephen Patu Gym, Christchurch,  taking place on 27/12/2027:

Clearly AI New Zealand-Canterbury have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Canterbury Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ricky Amberson (6 - 9 - 2) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and Amon Gaynor(3 - 4) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Amberson weighed in at 233 pounds and 4 ounces, while Gaynor weighed in at 241 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Robert Laramore, and the three ringside judges are Tobias Vert, Joshua Dallis and Stephen Suite.
