Boxing Daily Report from the Sultan's Fists promoted show at Ipoh Convention Centre, Ipoh,  taking place on 29/01/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Amer Agha (2 - 0) who hails from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Bilal Khalaf(1 - 10) from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.  Agha weighed in at 118 pounds, while Khalaf weighed in at 117 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Syed Habib, and the three ringside judges are Syed Habib, Mohsin Zaki and Imran Attar.

That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  The ref signals for the action to continue.  He either hasnt noticed the blatant foul or doesnt care! 
Khalaf is clearly losing his cool here!   He steps inside, but then strikes Agha with a blatant low blow!  The ref tells Khalaf to keep his punches above the belt.  He gives Agha time to recover.  
Frustration is reaching boiling point for Khalaf now.   He throws a low uppercut...that landed well below the belt! The ref doesnt appear to have noticed the foul and signals for the action to continue.  
Agha steps to the outside and lands a cross.
