Xalvador Alejos vs Angel Armenta

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Nuevo Leon promoted show at Monterrey Ferrin, Monterrey,  taking place on 26/01/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Nuevo Leon Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xalvador Alejos (10 - 14(1) - 7) who hails from Monterrey, Mexico and Angel Armenta(21 - 5(4)) from Ciudad Apodaca, Mexico.  Alejos weighed in at 135 pounds, while Armenta weighed in at 134 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ryo Capellan, and the three ringside judges are Frisco Maya, Frisco Maya and Santiago Cobo.
