Colin Witherow vs David Bell

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Idaho promoted show at Boise Lockard, Boise,  taking place on 08/02/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the USA-Pennsylvania Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Colin Witherow (9 - 2 - 1) who hails from Allentown, USA and David Bell(15 - 9 - 5) from Philadelphia, USA.  Both Witherow and Bell weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Corey Meiklejohn, and the three ringside judges are Ellis Cammon, Cecilio Oliveri and Neil Lothian.  

Round 1: 

Witherow finds the target with a jab.  
Bell connects with a cross.  
Witherow advances into close range.  Bell lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.

Witherow wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Bell has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
