Ryo Pantano vs Rafael Briceno

Boxing Daily Report from the Rourke & Salvador promoted show at Palacio Contador, Montevideo,  taking place on 19/02/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the South American Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ryo Pantano (16(7) - 0) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Rafael Briceno(22(1) - 2) from Puente Alto, Chile.  Both Pantano and Briceno weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Pablo Mesquita, and the three ringside judges are Ramirez Barquero, Hilario Mazariegos and Manuel Damaso.
