Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Waikato promoted show at Hamilton Smith, Hamilton,  taking place on 27/01/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the New Zealand Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ruki Kerepeti (17 - 7(2) - 1) who hails from Wellington, New Zealand and Dan Fail(16 - 5 - 1) from Hamilton, New Zealand.  Kerepeti weighed in at 125 pounds and 8 ounces, while Fail weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Clewis, and the three ringside judges are Joe Catanach, Aika Rako and Jake Ewart.
