Mel Catto vs Spencer Frame

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-California promoted show at Rehman Shehata Gym, Los Angeles,  taking place on 02/01/2028:

Clearly AI USA-California have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-California Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mel Catto (12 - 19 - 1) who hails from San Francisco, USA and Spencer Frame(6 - 21(1) - 6) from Anaheim, USA.  Both Catto and Frame weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dominic Owen, and the three ringside judges are Chris Jones, Zuffur Mahmoud and Harry Millar.
