Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Minnesota promoted show at Saint Paul Lundstrom, Saint Paul,  taking place on 02/01/2028:

Clearly AI USA-Minnesota have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Minnesota Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Westrup (8 - 1) who hails from Saint Paul, USA and Theo Noreen(8 - 5) from Minneapolis, USA.  Both Westrup and Noreen weighed in at 130 pounds.
