Alec Thorburn vs Duncan Bertelsen

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Iowa promoted show at Des Moines Civic Center Stoner Theater, Des Moines,  taking place on 03/02/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Mid West Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alec Thorburn (9 - 3 - 1) who hails from Davenport, USA and Duncan Bertelsen(7 - 8 - 4) from St. Louis, USA.  Both Thorburn and Bertelsen weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Charles Mains, and the three ringside judges are Mike James, Dave Weatherhead and Colin Dickins.

Thorburn steps inside.  Bertelsen pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.
