Jibran Cherif vs El Bachir Mednas

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Morocco-Chaouia-Ouardigha promoted show at Muslih Barek Gym, Settat,  taking place on 05/02/2028:

Clearly AI Morocco-Chaouia-Ouardigha have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Morocco-Chaouia-Ouardigha Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jibran Cherif (9 - 6 - 1) who hails from Settat, Morocco and El Bachir Mednas(7 - 5 - 4) from Khouribga, Morocco.  Both Cherif and Mednas weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sidki Leroux, and the three ringside judges are Sidki Leroux, Jawdah Jay and Baz Benabderrassoul.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Mednas.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
