Brett Penman vs Arthur Handley

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-British Columbia promoted show at Surrey Erving, Surrey,  taking place on 05/02/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Canada-British Columbia Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Brett Penman (18 - 1) who hails from Surrey, Canada and Arthur Handley(8(2) - 1) from Richmond, Canada.  Penman weighed in at 199 pounds and 7 ounces, while Handley weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Spencer Clary, and the three ringside judges are Noel Louis-Dreyfus, James Wark and Paul Trott.
