Kazim Khalilov vs Elnur Shamhalov

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Azerbaijan-Absheron promoted show at Baku Suleiman, Baku,  taking place on 12/02/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Azerbaijan Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IQTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kazim Khalilov (15 - 11(1) - 1) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Elnur Shamhalov(9 - 6 - 3) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Khalilov weighed in at 174 pounds and 15 ounces, while Shamhalov weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Waleed Khokhar, and the three ringside judges are Asgar Aslanov, Nariman Jafri and Samad Farra.
