Yalchin Karakhanov vs Ilham Alekperzade

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Azerbaijan-Absheron promoted show at Muzaffar Allakhyarov Gym, Baku,  taking place on 12/02/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Azerbaijan-Absheron Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yalchin Karakhanov (8 - 14 - 4) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Ilham Alekperzade(7 - 2) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Karakhanov weighed in at 118 pounds, while Alekperzade weighed in at 117 pounds And 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Vahid Jamal, and the three ringside judges are Shamil Abdurrahmirov, Israfil Hajiyev and Fazail Babayev.
