Dave Rees vs David Myres

Boxing Daily Report from the K Promotions promoted show at Sheffield Hallam University Sports Park, Sheffield,  taking place on 15/01/2028:

Clearly K Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Central England Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dave Rees (1 - 5 - 1) who hails from Liverpool, UK and David Myres(4 - 0) from Birmingham, UK.  Rees weighed in at 117 pounds and 14 ounces, while Myres weighed in at 117 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Harry Seward, and the three ringside judges are Wayne Latham, Harry Seward and Owen Saunders.  

Round 1: 

Rees finds the target with a jab.
