Viktor Samarin vs Vasili Bykov

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Russia-Khabarovsk Krai promoted show at Nimoh Gym, Khabarovsk,  taking place on 13/02/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Eastern Europe Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Russia, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Viktor Samarin (17(6) - 4) who hails from Omsk, Russia and Vasili Bykov(21(2) - 2(2)) from Khabarovsk, Russia.  Samarin weighed in at 122 pounds, while Bykov weighed in at 121 pounds and 10 ounces.
