Selestino Prior vs Carlos Armando

Boxing Daily Report from the Andam Promotions promoted show at Belem Cardozo, Belem,  taking place on 13/02/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Brazil-Para Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Esporte Interativo, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Selestino Prior (10 - 0) who hails from Belem, Brazil and Carlos Armando(10(2) - 1) from Belem, Brazil.  Prior weighed in at 168 pounds, while Armando weighed in at 167 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Olindo Ruis, and the three ringside judges are Pancho Rafael, Santiago Parras and Santiago Parras.
