Carlos Pedro vs Alvino Armijo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Costa Rica-San Jose promoted show at San Jose Borja, San Jose,  taking place on 12/02/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Costa Rica Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Repretel Channel 11, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Carlos Pedro (6 - 4 - 2) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Alvino Armijo(16(1) - 5 - 1) from San Jose, Costa Rica.  Pedro weighed in at 147 pounds, while Armijo weighed in at 146 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Durazo, and the three ringside judges are Esteban Macario, Orlando Cuadrado and Santiago Cendejas.
