Brin Pendry vs Richard Marot

Boxing Daily Report from the Juicebox Promotions promoted show at Inigo Skirvin Gym, Surrey,  taking place on 14/02/2028:

Clearly Juicebox Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-British Columbia Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Brin Pendry (9 - 13(2) - 3) who hails from Burnaby, Canada and Richard Marot(15 - 0) from Burnaby, Canada.  Pendry weighed in at 130 pounds, while Marot weighed in at 129 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is John Hendren, and the three ringside judges are Paul Low, Paul Trott and Mick Hanning.  

Round 1: 

Marot gets on the inside and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Pendry is looking to keep his distance and hits home with a cross.  
Marot walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Marot pivots to the side of his opponent andAs the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Pendry dabs at his face checking for damage.
