Alejandro Maradiaga vs Angel Picon

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Manabi promoted show at Marco Ventura Gym, Manta,  taking place on 13/02/2028:

Clearly AI Ecuador-Manabi have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ecuador-Manabi Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alejandro Maradiaga (11 - 11 - 5) who hails from Manta, Ecuador and Angel Picon(6(1) - 0) from Portoviejo, Ecuador.  Both Maradiaga and Picon weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Cruz, and the three ringside judges are Cris Victoria, Dario Cruz and Vidal Banos.  

Round 1: 

Picon lands with a solid jab.
