Jonathan Lewis vs Felix Egerton

Boxing Daily Report from the Cletus Van Damme promoted show at Gareth Rankin Gym, Nashville,  taking place on 16/02/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Tennessee Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jonathan Lewis (8 - 3 - 1) who hails from Nashville, USA and Felix Egerton(3 - 4 - 2) from Nashville, USA.  Both Lewis and Egerton weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Nickson, and the three ringside judges are Dan Stevenson, Leighton Parry and Robert Davidson.  

Round 1: 

Egerton feints a cross, tricking Lewis into throwing a left hook counter.  Egerton springs the trap and counters with  a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Egerton is looking to keep his distance.  Egerton sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with an overhand left.  
Lewis is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Egerton lands a jab.
