Kris Verner vs Esteban Montalbo

Boxing Daily Report from the Hard hitting promotions promoted show at Hard Gym, Tallahassee,  taking place on 29/02/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Kris Verner (1 - 0) who hails from Fort Lauderdale, USA and Esteban Montalbo(2 - 0 - 1) from Havana, Cuba.  Verner weighed in at 139 pounds and 15 ounces, while Montalbo weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cody Grant, and the three ringside judges are John Owens, Ora Danon and Robert Armstrong.  

Round 1: 

Verner quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands an overhand left followed by a cross to his opponents head.
