Malik Zafar vs Malik Farooq

Boxing Daily Report from the Mbun Promotions promoted show at Mashhad Kuo, Mashhad,  taking place on 20/02/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Iran Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IRIB, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Malik Zafar (14(2) - 1) who hails from Mashhad, Iran and Malik Farooq(11 - 2) from Isfahan, Iran.  Zafar weighed in at 237 pounds and 8 ounces, while Farooq weighed in at 235 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Umair Shams, and the three ringside judges are Kashif Greiss, Syed Rajput and Gazi Kader.
