Boxing Daily Report from the Frank Smith’s Tea Boy Promotions promoted show at Scotiabank Centre, Halifax,  taking place on 03/02/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Network, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Avel Kovalenko (2 - 0) who hails from Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine and Dale Groat(2 - 2 - 2) from Portland, USA.  Kovalenko weighed in at 139 pounds and 15 ounces, while Groat weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Smiles, and the three ringside judges are Gregor Durning, Dillon Jacobs and David Walkinshaw.
