Cruz Cerrillo vs Selestino Menchaca

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Baja California promoted show at Ensenada Bernabe, Ensenada,  taking place on 24/02/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Baja California Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cruz Cerrillo (9 - 9 - 3) who hails from Tijuana, Mexico and Selestino Menchaca(8 - 14 - 6) from Mexicali, Mexico.  Cerrillo weighed in at 247 pounds and 11 ounces, while Menchaca weighed in at 228 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Reynaldo Castano, and the three ringside judges are Gervasio Sastre, Sagaz Moya and Gervasio Sastre.
