Seferino Chapa vs Carlos Gimenez

Boxing Daily Report from the Bamfokwakye Promotions promoted show at Porfio Saez Gym, Reynosa,  taking place on 24/02/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Tamaulipas Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Seferino Chapa (12 - 9 - 1) who hails from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and Carlos Gimenez(8 - 3 - 5) from Reynosa, Mexico.  Both Chapa and Gimenez weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Alvarez, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Badia, Edmundo Tierno and Angel Albo.
