Nikolaas Meinhut vs Baptist Meeus

Boxing Daily Report from the Eogalis Bleel promoted show at Amsterdam Van Eyck, Amsterdam,  taking place on 25/02/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Netherlands-North Holland Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nikolaas Meinhut (15 - 8(2) - 1) who hails from Amsterdam, Netherlands and Baptist Meeus(14 - 4 - 1) from Amsterdam, Netherlands.  Meinhut weighed in at 174 pounds And 3 ounces, while Meeus weighed in at 175 pounds And 10 ounces.    As Meeus came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Jantje Geerstekoorn, and the three ringside judges are Boele Van Gassele, Mahieu Van Cotenghys and Mark Schoonvliet.
