Sancho Mina vs David Perrault

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at LIV Nightclub, Miami,  taking place on 10/03/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sancho Mina (15(2) - 2) who hails from New York City, USA and David Perrault(3 - 9 - 5) from Knoxville, USA.  Both Mina and Perrault weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Owens, and the three ringside judges are Colin Elder, Cody Bremner and Pedro Buendia.  

Round 1: 

Mina is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Mina tries to land a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.

Perrault connects with a right hook.  
Mina pivots to the left of his opponent and lands two straights followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Mina closes the distance and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Mina walks Perrault into the blue corner.  Mina is on target with a firm right hook.  
Mina steps inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Mina clinches his opponent.  Mina tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Perrault behind the head. The referee warns Mina and breaks the clinch.
