Amer Qudsi vs Haaris Tabet

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Saudi Arabia-West promoted show at Jeddah Mahmood, Jeddah,  taking place on 31/01/2028:

Clearly AI Saudi Arabia-West have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Saudi Arabia-West Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Amer Qudsi (14 - 9 - 2) who hails from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and Haaris Tabet(5 - 9 - 6) from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.  Both Qudsi and Tabet weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Majid Abdella, and the three ringside judges are Ibrahim Abouchabki, Amer Kassab and Asif Betro.  

Round 1: 

Qudsi steps to the outside.  Qudsi drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Tabet attempts to land a cross, but Qudsi slips the shot and counters with a left hook.

As Tabet tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Qudsi has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
