Mick Carey vs Rob Skupien

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Illinois promoted show at Kieran Smolak Gym, Joliet,  taking place on 02/02/2028:

Clearly AI USA-Illinois have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Illinois Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mick Carey (8 - 6 - 1) who hails from Chicago, USA and Rob Skupien(5 - 14 - 2) from Chicago, USA.  Both Carey and Skupien weighed in at 167 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Dave Maddox, and the three ringside judges are Rex McNiven, John Oman and Will Cockburn.
